In developmentMIDI ports, clip export, and stability fixes
Adds managed MIDI output ports on macOS and Windows, improves output-row routing, and brings focused fixes for MIDI clip export, chordify, scrolling, WebView startup, and diagnostics.
New
- Managed Filament Out MIDI ports are available on macOS and Windows through the Filament MIDI Port Manager helper.
- Output rows can now target external MIDI destinations with channel selection from channels 1-16.
Improved
- Output rows now use a clearer plugin-or-MIDI-output model, so a row targets either a hosted plugin or a MIDI output.
- Mixer and preset-browser rows now show cleaner horizontal scroll controls, with compact labels in narrow mixer slots.
- The bundled WebView now opens with the dark theme by default.
Fixed
- MIDI clip drag/drop now preserves controller events as well as notes.
- Compound dyad chordify now handles wider intervals more accurately.
- WebView startup now avoids stale cached chunks and duplicate state-sync delivery.
- Routine license/beta diagnostics and repeated startup retries now create less telemetry noise.
- Diagnostic reports now include better native and loaded-instrument context for support investigations.
Known Issues
- DAWs differ in how they expose plugin MIDI output and virtual MIDI inputs. Use the Filament Out helper ports when the host MIDI output path is not visible in your DAW routing.
