1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Forma Labs Audio Ltd ("we", "us", "our") software products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, Forma Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software on up to three (3) computers that you own or control. This license is for personal or commercial use in music production.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our software
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our products
  • Share your license key with others
  • Use our software for illegal purposes
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@formalabsaudio.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Updates and Support

Your license includes free updates to the current major version of the software. Major version upgrades may require an additional purchase. Technical support is provided via email.

6. Limitation of Liability

Forma Labs software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to lost data or profits.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
